Vega US Terms and Conditions
Ordering:
All wholesale orders must be placed online through our wholesale website. We are not able to accept orders placed by phone, email, fax, or EDI. Orders must be placed in full case quantities. We cannot accept orders for single units. Minimum order quantity is 2 cases.
Shipping:
Enjoy our complimentary shipping service for all orders $300+, with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 business days.
Return Policy:
If you ordered directly from wholesale.greatlakeswellness.com, contact us with your order number or a copy of your receipt. We do not accept returns and all sales on wholesale.greatlakeswellness.com are considered final. However, in the event that our product is defective or damaged, we’re more than happy to make it right with a refund or replacement product. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving. If one of your customers has a concern about our product(s) purchased through you, please have them contact us at wholesale@myvega.com and we will assist them.
This policy only applies to products purchased directly from wholesale.greatlakeswellness.com. Please understand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for expired products.

Refunds:
Any approved refunds will be processed back onto the original credit card that was used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 1-2 weeks to post to your account.
Inactivity:
We reserve the right to deactivate accounts without notice after 18 months of sales inactivity.
Transferability:
Accounts are non-transferrable. It is your responsibility to notify us of changes to ownership, entity, location, or contact information.
